You will be responsible for the following:
- Serve as a business partner to designated business units
- Partner line departments to understand and assist them in the full spectrum of daily HR operations, including recruitment, re-employment, performance management, grievance handling, exit management and provide advice on HR policies and procedures
- Implement new HR initiatives and manage ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
